Event Associate Agreement

Effective Date: 12/06/2025 This ("Agreement") is entered into by and between UBEXMedia, (“Let’s Talk Productions” "Company", or “Network”) and {Your Full Name:24}, ("Event Associate" or “Associate”), effective as of the date noted above. The agreement is to work on and to promote a live virtual event (“The Event”).

1. Overview

Associate agrees to assist with an upcoming live Virtual Experience. Duties may include sending emails, making phone calls and assisting the COO with promoting the event.

2. Promotion Terms

The Associate will share the Company-provided landing page and or other promotional items by mail, email, flyer posters, or across their YouTube and/or social media platforms.

The Associate receives a personal discount code: [ UBEX{entry_id} ] in connection with the ticket sales page. This is how we will track and credit sales to the promoter.
Company will provide all necessary assets, links, and teaser content for promotion.

3. Compensation (Goodwill Collab)

This is a volunteer project that can possibly lead to monetary compensation. However, since this is a first of its kind event we have no way of predicting the success. Additional opportunities and perks may include, but not guaranteed, are:

Free Access and Perks to exclusive events
Television Acting Roles (No audition required)
Receive Credits from a major Network on projects to build resume
Opportunity to participate in other UBEX Projects
Opportunities to participate in PAID projects. *Terms of payment determined on a "by the project" basis and specified in a separate document.

4. Term & Termination

This agreement is valid from the Effective Date through the end of the concert campaign. Either party may end this agreement with written or 2 week verbal notice. While the success of this event could result in additional job opportunities, this contract does not represent an intent to hire. A separate application and agreement would be needed in the event of future and or long term employment.

5. Content Rights

The associate may create Social Media content for posting on behalf of UBEX Media from time to time. If the Associate creates content, they retain ownership of their content. The Company may re-post, share, or feature promoter content related to the campaign with credit.

6. Confidentiality/Non-compete

The Promoter agrees to hold all trade secrets, internal processes, business strategies and information provided by the company in confidence and not use these secrets for personal gain.

7. Miscellaneous

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction. Confidentiality/Non-compete survives termination of this contract.
