Agreement for UBEX Live Nite Out

This agreement is between
UBEXMedia, (the "
Producer", "
Network") and you, (the "Client", located at: (Address captured on the form).
1. Services Hired for with UBEX Media.
You agree to provide the following service: {Select Your Role:52} for the
UBEXMedia Live Nite Out on June 28th, 2025. You will report for setup and preparation at the time provided by your hiring manager.
2. Event Details.

4. Payment Due to Client.
Unless other arrangements have been made, payment will be made in full on the day/evening of the Named Production after your performance is complete and the event is over.
5. Talent or Staff Responsibilities.
5.1 Promotion.
While not mandatory, promoting the event significantly contributes to its success and can lead to future opportunities. We encourage you to actively share and promote the event within your network—especially to those who are likely to attend and support your participation.
5.2 Performance.
UBEXMedia takes pride in collaborating with top-tier talent and professionals. By partnering with
UBEXMedia, you agree to uphold a standard of excellence—this includes delivering your best performance, maintaining clear and timely communication with UBEX, and being punctual and fully present for your scheduled role.
VIDEO OR TALENT RELEASE
This is a video release and agreement between
UBEXMedia, (the "
Producer" or the "
Network." ) and you, (the "Talent" or "Artist" or "Staff." "Person working or being photographed or recorded on video or audio" )
1. PERMISSION; RESPONSIBILITIES.
(a) Permission. The Talent or Staff grants permission to the UBEX Media (The "Network") to enter and use the photo(s), video(s) and/or audio (collectively, "Likeness") of them in the (the "Named Production") for the purpose of photographing, filming, editing and recording (collectively, "Filming") the Named Production. The Talent or Staff may not bring a claim, including a claim based on copyright, invasion of privacy or publicity, or defamation, against the Network in connection with the Network's use of the Talent's Likeness and exercise of other rights granted by this release.
(b)
Responsibilities of the Network. The Network shall:
- present the Talent's Likeness in a positive manner;
- use care to prevent protect the Talent's image and Likeness;
- comply with security and safety requests or policies of the Talent;
- comply with applicable laws, codes, and
- obtain any necessary releases, permits, clearances, licenses, or similar permissions from any third party who would otherwise be entitled to assert a claim in connection with the Named Production.
(c)
Responsibilities of the Talent. The Talent shall: hereby assign all rights and release from liability the below listed Producer (Production Company) and
UBEXMedia for the recording, reproduction, exhibition, streaming and distribution of the Talent's image, biography, Voice, musical and/or theatrical performance, and musical text and/or written text materials used in such performance in connection with the Named Production.
2. PARTIES' RIGHTS.
(a)
Producer's Rights.
Right to Footage. All interest in the Filming (the "Footage") of the Named Production in connection with this release is the sole property of the Producer, and the Talent will have no ownership or other rights in the Footage.
Right to Use Footage. The Producer may use and exhibit the Footage in all media, now known or unknown, in perpetuity, throughout the world including for marketing purposes.
Right to Reschedule. If there are adverse weather conditions or other Filming constraints, the Producer may reschedule the Start Date to another date acceptable to both parties, for the same compensation and on the same terms provided in this release.
Right to Publicity. The Network may use the Talent's likeness to promote this event or future events and post promotional banners, videos, TV/Radio ads or other forms of promotion.
(b)
Talent's Rights.
Right to Use. The Network may, upon agreement and at their discretion, provide the Talent a modified copy of the final version of the Named Production to use as follows:
- Use on their website or social media channels.
- Use for Marketing purposes
- Use for playing in their business
3. TALENT'S REPRESENTATIONS.
The Talent hereby represents that they have authority to permit the use of their Likeness, and that no third-party permissions are required.
4. RELEASE AND AGREEMENT.
I hereby acknowledge that signing this agreement does not indicate intent or agreement to permanently hire or compensate me in any way now or in the future and I release such claims.
