Terms and Conditions

While it is not mandatory, we would like to ask if you would consider donating an item we can use as a giveaway to maximize promoting your business. The item can be anything you think may be of value to a potential client.  We will do several drawings for prize giveaways.

Terms:

1. Vendor is responsible for their own setup, materials, and products.
2. Vendor must arrive on time for setup and remain for the duration of the event.  Setup time is 11am to 1pm on the date of the event.
3. Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
4. Let’s Talk Productions is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
5. No illegal or inappropriate materials may be sold or displayed.
6. Your name will be mentioned during the intermission and we will provide 2 ten minute breaks for attendees to visit Vendor Booths.
7. Vendor acknowledges that purchasing a Booth only provides opportunity to be in front of UBEX Live event attendees and does not represent entering into a business venture and UBEXMedia (Let's Talk Production) does not promise or guarantee of sales.
